HOW IT WORKS
Our steel framing process begins with the architectural design provided by our clients. Our engineering team then generates detailed CAD files that comply with all local building codes and structural requirements. Using state-of-the-art cold-form CNC roll-forming machines, we manufacture precision steel profiles accurate within .5 mm. These components are then assembled into walls, trusses, and joists either at our factory or directly at the construction site depending on client needs.
Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) offers unmatched advantages: high seismic and wind resistance, fire resistance, and longevity through G60-G90 galvanization. LGSF structures are fabricated using ICC-certified steel coils and are ideal for projects up to 11 stories. Cold-formed sections are used in diverse applications including residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and institutional buildings.
